In addition, we have the machinery and expertise to carry out most sheet metal work, including cutting, folding and MIG/TIG welding.
Lastly, if a project requires outside weather protection, we also offer a finishing service that includes powder coating and galvanising.
Ensuring the quality of our work remains intact for a long time to come.
For our architectural work we have a vast amount of experience through working on projects that require a to a very high level of fit and finish.
These include working on office renovations, restaurant and bar fit outs, as well as other commercial and residential premises.
Examples of the type of work undertaken include Fabricating And Installing Staircases, Balustrading, Handrails, Railings, Gates, Balconies, Steel Interior Design Elements & Fit Outs.
We undertake initial site visits & surveys anywhere in the UK, allowing us to fully assess the extent of works required and understand the clients’ specific needs and functions from our work.
Doing this before the commencement of any work means it’s less likely for snags and issues to occur during the process and also allows us to tailor our offering to each specific client, rather than to offer a blanket one size fits all solution.
We can offer clients a complete CAD, 3D design service, with drawings & sketches to help them visualise the final product.
This helps to clarify the full working specification & ensure any confusion on the design element is removed.
Our team of highly skilled metal fabricators carry all fabrication in-house from our workshop in Warrington. Our team are fully welding certified to BS EN 1090-2:2018 and Execution Class 2 standards, along with our company being UKCA certified. Ensuring a high level of quality on all projects undertaken and full accountability and control with all the work.
We offer a full range of industrial finishing options for all clients, including hot dipped galvanising, powder coating, painting and stainless steel polishing. These processes help ensure our work is finished to a high standard. In most cases, it helps to increase the longevity of the work, particularly in outside environments where these processes add an extra layer of protection to the fabrication.
We have decades of fitting experience on a wide variety of diverse sites, with our own in-house fitting teams providing all installation. Furthermore, as all our fabricators are fully trained fitters, this helps prevent any disconnect between the site and workshop teams. Meaning there is less likelihood of issues during the installation.
