Lime Pictures renowned producers of award-winning soap Hollyoaks approached us with a unique project in 2014.

The task was to use a miniature replica model train as a reference and then design a fully functioning life-size train, for use in their major summer train crash storyline ‘End of the Line’.

Unsurprisingly we had never built a train before, but despite this our workforce manufactured a bespoke fully functioning train which was famously seen running down the train track, before de-railing in the Hollyoaks blockbuster 2014 episode.

Since then we have gone on to manufacture numerous bespoke props and set items for Lime.
